Current Members of: MCOA & RFI, RedClay Mastiffs is located in Amherst Ohio and owned by Carlos Lopez and Brandy Ramsier. Carlos has been involved with Mastiffs ever since he was sixteen, when his mother purchased their first Mastiffs "RedClay's King Zeus" back in 1995. As the saying goes once you go Mastiff you never go back and that's the way it has been ever since. Carlos' love for Mastiffs encouraged him to start his own breeding program. Now ten years later and with the help of Brandy, Carlos started RedClay Mastiffs in 2000.
The Online Store:
RedClay Mastiffs have been hand making quality leather products since 2000. It all started when finding products large enough for our Mastiffs was nearly impossible. On top of that these products needed to be able to stand up to the massive strengths of large breeds. Store bought leashes and collars kept breaking and wouldn't last very long. Nylon leashes seemed to last a little longer, but just weren't as nice or as comfortable as leather. So we took it upon ourselves and created RedClay Mastiffs: Mastiffs Tough™ series.
Breeding Program:
Every "blue moon" we have an occasional breeding announcement and litters available. We are members of the MCOA (Mastiff Club of America) and RFI (Rescue Foundation, Inc.) Please click on breeding to learn more about or program and availabilities by RedClay Mastiffs or other recommended breeders. We don't recommend breeders or sell puppies to people that do not follow our mission statement. We believe that Mastiffs breeders should adhere to the Code of Ethics founded by the Mastiff Club of America.
